What to Expect in a Low Vision Exam

Dr. Lindell is passionate about helping you to  see your best so you can live an independent life within your condition's limitations. He is residency trained in low vision and has worked in both adult and pediatric clinics. Our low vision examination includes:

  1. Functional evaluation to help you better use your remaining vision. 

  2. Training with specialized prescription bioptic telescopes, high-powered reading glasses and microscopes, electronic devices/CCTV’s, computer magnifiers and other devices like Ray Ban Meta. 

  3. Individualized rehabilitation program to help you reach your goals. This may involve occupational or in-home vision training. 

You will leave with a renewed enthusiasm for life, and will be able to work more effectively, efficiently and safely.
