 Originally from Michigan, Dr. Lindell graduated from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University, where he also did his undergraduate studies. His clinical rotations have included the areas of ocular disease, pediatric eye care, contact lenses and primary eye care. After optometry school, he completed an ocular disease and low vision residency at the Connecticut VA Health Care System in West Haven, CT. There he specialized in working with veterans dealing with vision loss and traumatic brain injury.Before starting Stoughton Eye Care & Eyewear with Dr. Skjolaas, Dr. Lindell worked for four years in an ophthalmology practice in Ithaca, NY. Dr. Lindell has a special interest in humanitarian eye care missions, and has traveled to the West Indies, and South America twice. He also enjoys time with his pets, fat-biking, kayaking, hockey, and Big Ten sports. |
